Manufacturer Limited Warranty
S&X warrants its anti-slip tape products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase, provided the product is installed, used, and maintained in accordance with our published instructions, surface preparation requirements, and product specifications.
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase.
What's Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing-related defects that materially affect product performance under normal, intended use, including:
- Adhesive failure caused by a manufacturing defect, and not by improper installation, surface incompatibility, contamination, moisture, or insufficient surface preparation
- Backing material delamination, splitting, or rupture under normal use
- Excessive grit detachment beyond normal wear and expected abrasion
- Edge curling or lifting caused by a verified manufacturing defect, and not by sharp corners, inadequate pressure during application, moisture, unsuitable surfaces, or environmental exposure
- For reflective products, including the S610R series: significant loss of reflective performance caused by a manufacturing defect, as determined by S&X based on industry-standard testing methodology, and not by physical damage, abrasion, dirt, contamination, or normal wear
- For photoluminescent products, including the S690 series: substantial loss of light-charging or glow capability under normal lighting cycles, as determined by S&X based on industry-standard testing methodology, and not by contamination, insufficient charging light, surface wear, or improper use
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage, deterioration, or failure resulting from:
- Improper installation, including but not limited to: failure to follow our Installation Guide, inadequate pressure or tool use during application (e.g., not using a roller, squeegee, or firm hand pressure), failure to round tape corners, or application to edges, seams, gaps, or areas where water can penetrate
- Application to incompatible, unstable, contaminated, rough, porous, dusty, oily, wet, peeling, or unprepared surfaces
- Application below the minimum recommended surface temperature of 10°C / 50°F
- Normal wear from foot traffic, abrasion, cleaning, weather exposure, UV exposure, or aging
- Chemical exposure to oils, solvents, harsh cleaners, bleach, strong alkaline cleaners, or substances outside product specifications
- Physical damage, including cuts, gouging, scraping, impact, excessive abrasion, dragging objects, or vehicle traffic on pedestrian-grade products
- Gradual cosmetic changes, including color fading, discoloration, or surface dulling from prolonged outdoor exposure
- Products that have been modified, cut improperly, altered, reused, repositioned, or used contrary to printed or published instructions
- Damage caused by acts of nature, vandalism, misuse, accident, third-party negligence, or conditions beyond normal intended use

If you purchased your product from Amazon or another retailer within the past 30 days and would like a return or refund, please initiate the request through your original point of purchase. Their return policy applies for the first 30 days.
For manufacturer warranty claims (defects within 12 months) or for products beyond the standard return window, please follow the steps below.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please email info@wjsanxing.com within the warranty period and include:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Clear photos showing the claimed issue and the full installation area
- Description of the application surface, location, and use conditions
- Date and method of installation
- Photos or details showing how the surface was prepared before application, if available
Our team aims to respond within 1 business day. Additional information may be requested to evaluate whether the issue is related to a manufacturing defect, installation conditions, surface compatibility, or normal wear.
If a claim is approved, S&X may, at its discretion, provide a replacement product of equal value or a refund of the original purchase price. For purchases made through Amazon or other third-party platforms, refunds or order-related service may need to be processed through the original purchase channel.
Replacement products carry only the remainder of the original warranty period.
Limitations and Disclaimers
This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty made by S&X for the product, except where prohibited by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, S&X disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
S&X shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, business interruption, installation labor, removal costs, replacement labor, or property damage.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by jurisdiction. Nothing in this warranty is intended to limit any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
